Bagel with Salmon, egg and cheese, originally uploaded by Geng.Z.

2 Bagels
2 eggs, beaten, mix with 100 ml of milk
200g mozzarella cheese, chopped
200g smoked salmon
200g cream cheese, chive and garlic
some butter, salt and tobasco

1. cut the bagel into halfs, spread with butter and toast
2. make scrambled eggs, stir in the mozzarella cheese until the egg just stops running
3. take the bagels out of the toaster, spread on some cream cheese
4. stack eggs and then salmon on top each other.
5. add pepper and Tobasco to taste.

Enjoy while still warm
